Flutter Developer

We are excited to announce that Octalogic Tech is looking for a talented backend developer to join our team. As a backend developer, you will collaborate with other developers and project managers to create innovative solutions for our clients. We are seeking a team player who can solve complex problems with ease.

Requirements:

The candidate must have:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience in Flutter development.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Strong experience in developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
• Experience with state management approaches like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with mobile applications.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., SQLite) and experience with NoSQL databases is a bonus.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Familiarity with app store publishing for iOS and Android.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, especially using GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in native development for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, etc.).
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with Docker and deploying applications.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js is a bonus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a backend developer, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with team members to develop clean and readable code
• Collaborating with other team members for integration of APIs/Debugging etc.
• Willingness to learn and implement new languages, tools, and packages
• Testing code to ensure readiness for deployment
• Recommending and executing improvements to current systems
• Perform code reviews
