Monitor and guide the Fleet Performance Analysts, to get them the know-how of the systems and the functioning in the team. To carry out Performance analysis, Voyage Optimization, Monitoring and Advisory for enrolled vessels, preparation of required reports for these Performance services, aiming to drive decarbonization, fuel consumption reduction and to improve vessel index / compliance ratings for enrolled vessels Superficial review of Data integrity monitoring and anomalies identification for Daily-Digital Verification services provided for enrolled vessels To review deviations in Performance reports and to guide Fleet Performance Analysts in refining the comments and feedbacks to provide back to customers
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Act as a median point between all Fleet Performance Analysts, to assist the Lead in onboarding the team members to the systems and the functionalities Superficial review of monitoring and checking anomalies for the data entries made in the system for enrolled vessels, thereby ensures the quality of functions of the Assistant Fleet Performance Analysts are refined. Will be the first point of contact for Assistant FPA s for clarifications, corrections etc. Carry out Main Engine and Auxiliary Engines Performance analysis, to identify areas of focus to address issues and for improvisations. Should take initiatives to handle Fleet clusters thereby grooms himself to get to the higher levels of responsibilities as an improval progress To verify improvisation recommendations are implemented by vessels and to drive on the results, continuous monitoring focus Voyage Optimization, Monitoring and Advisory to vessels aiming for reductions in Fuel consumed and hence drive decarbonization and increase efficiency Verification of Daily-Digital data entered by enrolled vessels in conjunction with Assistant FPA s, to carry out checks and identify anomalies, to follow-up with vessels for corrections Support Ship Managements in providing solutions to achieve Decarbonisation benefits by active Hull and Engine Performance monitoring, thereby achieving Operations benefits to the best possible Monitoring CII Correction factors reported within ShipSure platform, to follow-up on the factors reported and to verify the Documentary evidences required for the Corrections as submitted Preparation of Performance reports and other reports as required for submissions, time to time requirements as instructed by Line Manager To provide ideas and make plans with Lead for the improvements in system, process flows thereby the function is made more effective and efficient

Previous experience in specific role in any Ship Management Industry Marine Engineer willing to relocate on shore work, with good computer skills, minimum sailing experience Good system & analytics skills, experience preferably in Data Analytics or related in Performance teams in Marine Industry Good team working, positive attitude and good communication skills Ability to work in a methodical and organized manner autonomously Flexible and adaptable, self motivated approach Ability to work with minimum supervision Willingness to learn new skills
