Assistant Fleet Performance Manager

Carry out Data Integrity Monitoring of the extracted data, generate Error summary and communicate with vessels to receive corrections.
Generate FOC, MRV reports after necessary corrections of the data for submission to verifier or authorities.
Identify and Collect necessary Documents, files by communicating with vessels. Follow up with vessels for getting the required information on timely manner.
Organize, maintain, and upkeep vessel folders with the documents and files of the respective vessels.
Preparation of Plans for enrolled vessels to get RO Approvals.
Prepare reports as per, time to time requirements as instructed byline Manager and submitting for approval.
Upkeep tracker sheets on the daily works and status against enrolled vessels.
Submission of reports, collecting the received Certificates and distribution to respective Fleet Cell or Vessel
Monitoring, Evaluation and calculation of the performance of enrolled vessels.
Sharing knowledge and sharing of work within the team to achieve the Teams goal.
Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

Good Computer background with hands-on knowledge (or) Marine Engineer willing to relocate on shore work, with good computer skills.
Experience preferably in Data Analytics or related in Marine Industry.
Good team working, positive attitude and good communication skills.
Knowledge of Programming experience on Visual Basic and Python programs.
Ability to work in a methodical and organized manner autonomously.
Flexible and adaptable, self motivated approach.
Ability to work with minimum supervision
