Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Recruitment*: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.

3. *Candidate Sourcing*: Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including employee referrals, job fairs, and professional networks.
4. *Screening and Shortlisting*: Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.
5. *Interview Coordination*: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
6. *Offer Management*: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
7. *Onboarding*: Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience, including orientation, training, and introduction to the team.
8. *Reporting and Analytics*: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the recruitment process.
9. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
