Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CDP Expert to join our team and drive the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce's Customer Data Platform (CDP) to integrate, unify, and activate customer data, enhancing customer experiences and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions, ensuring efficient integration with existing Salesforce environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map out business processes, and design customer data strategies.

- Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud to integrate customer data across various touchpoints, enabling a unified view of customer profiles.

- Develop, deploy, and manage APIs and connectors for seamless data flows between Salesforce CDP and other enterprise systems.

- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL to ensure data quality and accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data performance.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CDP projects, from initial planning and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features, best practices, and trends, providing recommendations to enhance system efficiency.

- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring the organization's ability to maximize the value of Salesforce CDP and associated tools.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on customer data and cloud services.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Service Cloud implementation and optimization.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

- Hands-on experience with APIs and connectors for data integration across different platforms.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and its integration capabilities with other enterprise systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce CDP Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer.

- Experience working in multi-cloud environments, integrating Salesforce with other cloud services.

- Experience in industries like retail, finance, or healthcare that benefit from advanced customer data strategies.
