Role & responsibilities

Bachelors degree in English, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in People or HR domain
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Consistent track record to produce high-quality, user-friendly documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with knowledge management processes and standard methodologies.
• Experience with other content management systems.
• Portfolio of published articles.
• Excellent writing, editing and speaking skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
