Responsibilities:
1) Preparing and checking of Contractor's Bills (RCC + Finishing)
2) Preparing and checking reconcilliation of material ( Steel, Concrete)
3) Processing Material Advance Bill.
4) Working out Finishing Item quantities such as tiling, Door Windoes etc
5) Study of IS Codes.
6) Preparing and checking BBS.
7) Preparing Monthly provision statement.
8) Working out quantities of all items of GFC Drawings.
9) Preparing item wise BOQ statement.
10) Working on SAP
Preferred candidate profile
Experience 8 9 years of experience in Billing ( Site and HO)
Education B.E Civil from a reputed University
