OAN Industries Limited, a leading specialty chemical manufacturer based in Jaipur, caters to the global fertilizer industry.

To strengthen our presence in the domestic market, we are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to establish, stabilize, and expand our market reach through strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and acquire new customers to drive business growth.
• Strategize and execute plans to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BTech in Chemical Engineering (Freshers welcome; 2-3 years of industry-related experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in business development.
• Ability to think critically and strategically for project success.
