Role: Project Manager

Job Type: Full-Time (On-roll).

Site: Guwahati Airport, Assam.

Job Summary :

- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, driving project success through effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Initiation :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.- Identify and document project requirements, dependencies, and constraints..

Execution & Coordination :

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.. Resolve project issues and roadblocks proactively, escalating when necessary..

- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate change management processes..

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, team members, and leadership..

- Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.. Manage expectations and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders..

Risk Management :

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.. Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption..

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.. Conduct regular reviews, testing, and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement..

Project Closure :

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement..

- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and project handover to operations or other departments..

- Celebrate project successes and recognize team contributions..

Qualifications :

- Education : Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field..

- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.. Experience. Minimum [3-8] years of experience in project management, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., IT, construction, manufacturing]..

- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion successfully.. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) is preferred..
