Job Description
Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats
- Assist in analyzing logs and identifying security incidents
- Work with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions
- Support vulnerability assessments and security audits
- Research and document emerging security threats and mitigation strategies
- Assist in incident response activities, including threat containment and remediation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of security concepts, such as malware, phishing, firewalls, and encryption
- Familiarity with security tools (eg, SIEM, Wireshark, Nessus, Splunk) is a plus
- Understanding of networking protocols and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
