Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the company's specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that offer seamless navigation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development and Maintenance
   
• Develop, test, and deploy fully functional websites using modern web technologies.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain and improve existing websites, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.
2. Front-End and Back-End Development
   
• Design and develop the user interface (UI) and ensure an intuitive user experience (UX).
• Work on server-side application logic, databases, and integrations.
3. Collaboration
   
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to create engaging web content.
• Work with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Technology Implementation
   
• Write well-documented, clean, and reusable code using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and plugins as needed.
5. Testing and Debugging
   
• Perform quality assurance testing to identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
• Ensure websites are compatible with various browsers and devices.
6. Security and Compliance
   
• Implement security best practices to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and privacy standards.
7. Research and Innovation
   
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.
• Recommend and implement innovative features and enhancements.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one or more backend languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js).
• Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Laravel, or Django.
• CMS: Familiarity with WordPress, Joomla, or other content management systems.
• Databases: Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or other database management systems.
• Tools: Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and web development tools.
• Responsive Design: Expertise in mobile-first and cross-platform web development.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
