Senior Manager/Manager Legal-Retail | Real Estate | Mall | Cinema

We are seeking a Legal Manager for a leading chain of multiplex -NY Cinemas, Responsible for overseeing all non-litigation legal matters related to property leasing, license renewals, and regulatory compliance for multiplex operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Legal representative of the organization with external and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiating commercial long lease agreement with Builders and Developers-Term sheets LOI's, Lease agreements, notices and more.
• Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with Builders, Mall operators, legal firms, solicitor and Lawyers.
• License & Permit Renewals: Ensure timely renewal of operational licenses and permits.
• Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts related to property, services, and vendors.
• Handle property-related disputes and resolve them through negotiation or mediation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with real estate, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with landlords, property managers, and government authorities.

Key Qualifications:

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in real estate law, property leasing, and licensing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
