Regional Finance Manager

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for Finance, Accounts & Stores of all sites of the assigned Region.
• Leading a team of Cashier cum Accountant of the sites as Functional Reporting Authority.
• To oversee the accounts/ finance & stores of the sites responsible for.
• Responsible for F&B and other orderings made at site.
• Responsible for sending daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly MIS to CFO about sites.
• Reporting manager for sites cashiers and storekeepers.
• Responsible for keeping and maintaining up to date and reconciled receivables & payables at any time.
• Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational expenses.
• Review and assess cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts and agreements when necessary.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Manage cash flow collections & deposits along with other receivables, ensuring adequate liquidity for daily operations.
• Oversee cash handling procedures at cinema locations & responsible for getting the income & expenses reconciled from cinemas.
• Provide training and guidance to cashiers / storekeepers to ensure consistent financial practices.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate management to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of cinema locations within the region.
• Review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify discrepancies or areas of improvement.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Point of contact for system related difficulties faced by sites and responsible for getting them resolved & highlighted to HO Team.
• Responsible for site level compliances.
• Responsible to vouch & verify all the reporting's of Cashiers / Storekeepers timely.
• Working closely with the CFO & Central Finance Team for smooth execution & adherence of laid down processes.
• Working closely with Operations Team for implementing polices with respect to cash & stores.
• Responsible for Auditing site at regular intervals.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Inter CA / MBA in Finance / IWCA Intern.
• Exp min 5-6 years with min 2 years in QSR, F&B, Retail or any multi store setup.
