Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day technical operations of our business, thereby ensuring the quality content is being delivered to students.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Course Content Management:
• Efficiently load and update course content onto our Learning Management System (LMS) in accordance with established schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and engaging content delivery.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of course materials, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our users.
• Technical Ticket Resolution:
• Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve user inquiries, issues, or tickets related to the LMS, course content, and associated technologies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by users, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Document and track support tickets to ensure that all issues are resolved satisfactorily and within established service-level agreements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Collaborate with the technical support team to identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to the LMS and associated processes.
• Stay current with the latest trends in e-learning technology and provide suggestions for enhancements to enhance the user experience.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content developers, IT to address technical challenges and ensure a seamless educational experience.

• Skills
• Good analytical and comprehension skills.
• Knowledge in any one of the programming languages and aptitude (aligning with Fresher IT requirements)
• Command of the English language: an eye for detail, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Good Command on Excel

• CTC: 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA
• Working Hours: 8 Hours per day, 5 days a week
• Requirements: Having a laptop is mandatory
