Aptitude Training Manager

We are looking for an experienced Aptitude Training Manager to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs focusing on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and standardized test preparation. The ideal candidate will bring both educational expertise and managerial acumen to lead our training department.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training pedagogy aligned with current industry standards and examination patterns
• Develop detailed training playbooks and standardized operating procedures for trainers
• Create innovative and effective training content for various aptitude programs including IT company recruitment tests, GRE, and other competitive examinations
• Regularly update training materials to reflect changes in examination patterns and industry requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality instruction delivery
• Conduct regular training sessions for trainers to enhance their teaching methodologies
• Establish and maintain quality benchmarks for training delivery
• Conduct training sessions as per the time table provided
• Develop and implement assessment methodologies to track student progress
• Stay up to date with evolving trends in aptitude testing across various domains

Skills & Competencies

• Proven track record in developing training content and methodologies
• Strong understanding of various competitive examination patterns (IT recruitment, GRE, etc.)
• Excellence in quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning
• High empathy and a natural storyteller
• Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery
• Eloquent with English
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
