We are seeking a dedicated CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring it effectively supports our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. This role involves overseeing data integrity, user management, system integrations, and driving continuous improvements to enhance CRM performance and user experience. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align the CRM system with business goals and ensure it delivers value to our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe CRM Administrator at NxtWave plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our CRM system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business. Here is an expanded view of the key responsibilities this role entails:
CRM System ConfigurationSystem Customization: Customize and configure the CRM system to align with the organizations sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
Workflow Optimization: Set up and manage custom fields, workflows, and automations to optimize user experience and streamline business operations.
Data Accuracy: Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the CRM.
Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain customer records, ensuring data cleanliness and consistency.
Data Quality Assurance: Conduct data deduplication efforts to eliminate duplicate entries and maintain data quality.
User Administration: Administer user accounts within the CRM platform, assigning appropriate roles and access levels based on job functions.
User Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them effectively utilize the CRM system.
Issue Resolution: Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to CRM usage.
User Training: Conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and proficiency in CRM tools, ensuring users can fully leverage the CRMs capabilities.
System Integration: Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate the CRM system with other business tools and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
System Maintenance: Regularly monitor system performance and conduct necessary maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about CRM best practices, industry trends, and system updates.
System Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements in CRM utilization.
Data Security: Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree
Experience: Preferably proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
CRM Configuration: Proficiency in configuring CRM systems, including customization of fields, workflows, and automation.
Data Management: Strong understanding of data management principles, including data deduplication and data quality assurance.
User Management: Experience in administering user accounts and managing access levels within a CRM platform.
Data Integration: Familiarity with integrating CRM systems with other business tools and applications.
CRM Tools: Experience with CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
Technical Support: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.

The work life balance is a bit tight. Though it is expected that it is common in startups. It upto individual who survives with the work life balance. And the salary that we can't expect as similar to mid cap companies even, as Nxtwave was a budding startup with just 4 - 5 years of market.
