Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join Next Door Retail for the following positions:

• Sales Officer
  
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and manage distributor networks.
• Market development and product awareness campaigns.
• Provide customer solutions and ensure timely collections.
• Regular travel required for distributor visits.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel and manage sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Business Development Manager
  Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Lead promotional activities and product awareness.
• Oversee distributor management and resolve queries.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in FMCG or retail.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.

• Area Sales Manager
  

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead sales team and achieve territory targets.
• Expand distributor network and ensure sales growth.
• Implement marketing strategies and manage promotional activities.
• Resolve distributor and customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure collections and report territory performance.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with team management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
