Cloud Implementation & Migration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination

• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers and Technicians to facilitate the transfer and migration of cloud environments, focusing on Azure Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) solutions.
• Serve as a central point of contact for CSP pre-sales and post-sales migrations, ensuring milestones are met and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to align with customer expectations.
• Assist in creating and executing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans.

2. Technical Support & Implementation

• Support the migration of resources into Soft choices CSP program.
• Provide troubleshooting and enablement assistance related to CSP questions and issues during the transfer process.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including deployment guides and configuration settings.

3. Collaboration & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, billing, licensing, and resource management) to ensure alignment with pre-sales and project goals.
• Act as the primary customer contact for pre-sales, transfer, and migration transactions, providing updates and addressing challenges.
• Facilitate customer meetings, including initiation calls and post-transfer debriefs.
• Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
• Participate in training and development to enhance technical skills.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure CSP solutions and cloud migration projects.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and deployment guides.
