Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to promote ERP solutions in the construction industry.
• Market Identification: Identify clients and opportunities through research and networking.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored ERP presentations highlighting benefits for construction management.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and industry events.
• Contract Negotiation: Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and business alignment.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and implementation teams for seamless service delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and product development.

Qualifications.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in ERP sales or related software sales or 3 years focused on the construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems specific to construction management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in negotiating contracts effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
