Job Description
- Deliver medicines to customers in and around Pune.
- Provide guidance on usage and dosage of prescribed medications.
- Address inquiries and assist with over-the-counter medications as needed.
Stock Management:
- Manage stock-in and stock-out entries in the inventory system.
- Monitor stock levels for timely replenishment.
- Remove expired stock and ensure inventory accuracy.
Office Maintenance:
- Keep the workplace organized, neat, and functional.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in all areas.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance as required.
Workplace Management:
- Oversee daily operations and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and customer orders.
- Prepare regular reports on stock status and sales.
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices and prescriptions.
RequirementsRequirements
- Qualification: A degree/diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm or B.Pharm).
- Experience: Experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and resolve queries effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Mobility: Comfortable traveling within Pune for deliveries (own vehicle preferred).
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
