Job Description
- Handle and maintain office supplies, equipment, and Housekeeping staff to ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate and handle vendor management
- Support employee engagement initiatives and develop a positive office culture.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.
- Implement and make sure office policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide administrative support in the onboarding process
- Support in Hotel Contracts / Agreement and travel booking for guests.
- Handle administration budget and build reports monthly.
- Support in all miscellaneous activities related to the office.
