Deputy Manager / Manager - Quality Control

Role & responsibilities

1. (A) To check & maintain record of all packaging materials & Market Bottle (Each & every consignments are checked before use).

(B) Proper controlling and watching the rejected material and coordination with supplier for corrective & preventive action for fut

(C) Necessary Packaging developments & modifications.

2. Routine monitoring & Maintain record for quality production both for In-process & Finished product.

3. (A) To check the Quality of ENA & Blends & Special Spirits (MMS, VMS etc) and its conclusion.

(B) To check & maintain Blend related documentation.

(C) To maintain the self life record of various blends & Sensory Evaluation.

4. Look after all the Laboratory activities & perform Calibration of Lab equipments as per schedule.

5. Proper controlling and maintain Hygenic Condition in Bottling and Washing area.

6. Perform other related duties as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having experience of Distilleries/ Sugar Industries with sound knowledge of Quality Department handling is desirable.
