Achieve Daily, weekly or monthly production targets
Monitor production activities

Responsibilities And Duties
Create and oversee an employee training schedule to emphasize productivity
Evaluate Each station of manufacturing (grading, peeling, packing and cutting) to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure Safety Policies and procedures
Inspect and check all the inward material
Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently
Organizing, Monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Ensure the finished material be ready before dispatch
Prepare reports on performance and progress of daily production. Detect issues related to efficiency and suggest improvements. Shift Day Shift
Salary 12-15 K (As per experience and interview)
