Job Overview. We are seeking a Junior Machine Operator to join our team at NUTRICH FOODS PVT LTD in Kolhapur. The position is full-time, and the ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machines to ensure efficient production processes within our facility.

Qualifications And Skills. Experience with machine operation, maintenance, and mechanical skills (Mandatory skill). Strong understanding of quality control procedures. Effective troubleshooting skills for machinery and production issues. Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment. Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication skills to coordinate with other team members and supervisors. Basic computer skills to manage production data and machine settings. Roles And Responsibilities. Operate various machines in the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and maintain optimal performance.
