Job Summary:

The Sales Manager for IV Cannulas and Syringes is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring market expansion for the product line. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for IV cannulas and syringes.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with hospitals, distributors, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including retailers, procurement teams, and distributors.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and address concerns.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with medical device regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales of medical devices or consumables, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of IV cannulas, syringes, and related medical products.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of regulatory standards for medical devices.
