Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Execute manual test cases and document results.

Assist in preparing and executing test plans and test cases.

Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking systems.

Perform regression, functional, integration, and usability testing on web/mobile apps.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers.

Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and results.

Key Skills :

Manual Testing (Web/Mobile).

Database Testing (SQL Server) and API Testing (Postman).

Familiarity with JIRA and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).

Good communication skills in English.

Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Nice to Have :

Basic knowledge of automation (Java/Selenium).

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

QA experience in Sales/Service/Inventory domains.
