Senior SFDC CPQ Consultants

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support for Salesforce CPQ users, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing user requests in a timely manner.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure accurate configuration and pricing of products and services in CPQ.
3. Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog setup, price rule creation, and quote template customization.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, such as quote generation errors, pricing discrepancies, and product configuration problems.
5. Monitor CPQ performance and system health, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPQ processes.
6. Document standard operating procedures and best practices for Salesforce CPQ operations and support.
7. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce CPQ releases, features, and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Salesforce CPQ operations or support role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ integration.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce CPQ with email platforms like SendGrid for automated email processes.
• Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
