Senior Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Commission panels to achieve targets within the specified time frame.
• Address customer complaints via phone or video calls to improve productivity.
• Ensure smooth resolution of panel operational faults as per customer requirements.
• Operate panels smoothly during commissioning; make minor modifications after discussions if needed.
• Implement applicable standards and group guidelines such as QMS, EMS, and Legrand Way guidelines.
• Rectify faults in panels during commissioning or modifications.
• Take necessary safety measures to ensure zero accidents on-site.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Desirable: Knowledge of PLC programming, relay setting, panel testing, and panel commissioning procedures.
