Quality Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspection of PCB Assembly

• Ensure all products meet quality standards (Q3 & Q4).

• Ensure assembly schedule meets required start and end dates.

• Examines defective equipment details to determine cause of malfunction and reports need for repairs.

• Guiding the production team about the quality control issues

• Resolving quality-related issues

• Responsible for checking the overall Quality of PCBA (SMT & PTH)

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products

• Conduct audit and submit review report

• Communicate and Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure quality during all process

• Updating documents related to Quality on regular basis

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years in QA/QC at any Electronics manufacturing company or EMS company

• strong knowledge on IPC Standard

• Quality check of Incoming raw materials
