Quality Engineer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR QUALITY ENGINEER (IATF Audit preferable)
• Knowledge in Drawings, Inward inspection and Quality plan.
• Responsible for Process & Final Inspection.
• Well knowledge in Quality instruments handling like Vernier, Height Gauge & Profile
projector etc…
• Adequate knowledge in Quality certifications (ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949).
• Handling and co-ordinating the customers and fulfil the requirements.
• Proficiency in PFD, Control Plan & FMEA.
• Primary knowledge in Core Tools and implementations.
• Development & maintain QA documents & Inspection plan.
• Responsible for Calibration activities.
• Adequate skills on Core tools.
• Adequate skills on problem solving methodology like 7QC tools & 8D.
