Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer with a focus on social media, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content that align with our brands identity and resonate with our audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, design expertise, and an understanding of social media trends. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to deliver content that engages, informs, and excites our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Creation:
   
• Design eye-catching and on-brand graphics for social media posts, including Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create visuals for promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal collections, and collaborations.
• Develop engaging video content (e.g., reels, stories, etc) that aligns with current trends and brand tone.
• Maintain brand consistency in visual style across all social media channels.
2. Creative Strategy & Execution:
   
• Work with the marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for content that drives engagement.
• Translate marketing goals into visually appealing content that supports campaigns, contests, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and social media best practices to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
3. Brand Development & Visual Identity:
   
• Assist in maintaining the brands visual identity and design guidelines across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive look and feel across social media channels, website, and digital advertising materials.
• Design elements such as banners, icons, animations, and infographics that reinforce the brands aesthetic.
4. Collaborative Projects & Teamwork:
   
• Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and photographers to align on content needs and ensure consistency in messaging and design.
• Coordinate with other departments (such as e-commerce, PR, and events) to design assets for promotions, sales events, and influencer campaigns.
• Take creative direction from senior team members and help execute concepts with your own creative input.
5. Content Management & Optimization:
   
• Adapt designs for various formats (e.g., square, vertical, and horizontal) optimized for each social media platform.
• Ensure that all designs are delivered on time and are optimized for performance, including file sizes and resolution for fast loading.
• Use analytics and social media insights to refine designs and optimize engagement over time.
6. Photography & Image Editing:
   
• Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images, ensuring they meet brand standards and are ready for social media use.
• Work with photographers to create visually appealing content and oversee the editing process when necessary.
7. Trend Spotting & Innovation:
   
• Keep an eye on social media trends, emerging graphic design styles, and fashion industry visuals to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
• Experiment with new techniques and tools to keep social media content fresh, exciting, and innovative.

Preference to candidates who have worked in fashion, beauty, luxury world. Candidate should be updated with the latest industry trends, should know how to make social media grid. we are looking at someone with Graphic and social media knowledge.
