Job Description

As a Sr Zoho Developer, you will play a critical role in optimizing and customizing Zoho applications to meet our organizations specific needs. Your expertise will help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance our overall productivity. You will collaborate with various teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement Zoho-based solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, process workflows, and pain points that can be addressed using Zoho applications.
Solution Design: Develop customized solutions using Zoho Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.) to meet specific business needs. Create detailed design documentation.
Implementation: Configure, customize, and integrate Zoho applications to ensure they align with business processes. Implement automation, workflows, and data migrations.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Zoho applications and features.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of Zoho solutions to ensure they are error-free and meet functional requirements.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Zoho applications promptly.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Zoho updates and best practices. Suggest and implement enhancements to existing Zoho systems for ongoing improvement.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors when necessary to integrate Zoho applications with other systems.
Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead, mentor, and support the Zoho development team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment and allocate resources and delegate tasks to meet project timelines and achieve team goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or similar role.
Proficiency in Zoho Suite applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of integration methods and APIs.
Ability to work independently and manage projects.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and task management.
Project management skills to coordinate timelines and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills:

Zoho Certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer, Zoho Certified Consultant).
Experience with other CRM or ERP systems.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Deluge Script for Zoho Creator).
Project management skills.
Familiarity with scripting languages and project management tools.
