Hi All,

NTT DATA Services is Hiring Freshers for Customer Care - International Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare).

Location: Noida Sector 144

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timings: US Shift (Cab Facility Available)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
• Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
• Take calls from providers/callers.
• Escalates calls to supervisor when transaction closing is delayed, or transaction exceeds contract processing schedule.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
• Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Graduates (complete 15 years of education with original marksheets and degree).
• Excellent Communication (both verbal & written).
• Comfortable in customer handling.
• Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
