Required Skills:

Legal and Compliance:

• Drafting, vetting, negotiations, and finalization of various legal and key commercial contracts/agreements, including MSAs, Agreements, Contracts, RFPs and other documents for potential business transactions and to assist and support various business activities/functional departments.
• Work / Liaise with respective business teams to effectuate the same on a timely basis.
• Dealing with all legal matters including criminal, civil, police liaison, and arbitration matters.
• Ability to analyze legal implications of various issues and advising various internal stakeholders and management on it.
• Assess the legal risk that may arise during an organization's business activities and ensure that an organization's activities comply with applicable laws and regulations litigation.
• Attending / Assisting Court cases and assisting the counsel in drafting of Written Submissions & Petitions.
• Drafting and sending legal notices to clients, filing of legal or civil case against debtors defaulting payments and be responsible for all litigation matters.
• To provide legal advice and assurance on all aspects of Corporate law matters in order to support strategic plans.
• Provide legal assistance to Human resources team for employment / disciplinary matters and contract drafting for employment and other related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with various statutes, laws, regulations, rules etc. and the company policies and keep record of all licenses & compliances.
• Advise on legal issues arising from all M&A/restructuring/corporate work around the Group, including banking transactions, asset acquisitions/de-mergers, treasury arrangements, investment of funds, inter-corporate loans and investments, the granting of guarantees and security and key loan documentation.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports from the legal department for management meetings.

Professional Experience:

Bachelors Degree (Three year or Five year) or equivalent certification in Law from a reputed

Institution.

At least 6-8 years experience in similar capacity in a public/private companies/Law firms.

Possess diplomacy, meticulous attention to detail, good numerical, organizational and time

management skills and a genuine interest in business.

Excellent Peer Management and Collaborative Skills and Good Team Player.

Strong communication, computing, secretarial and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adjust swiftly to business and organization needs.
