Angular Developer - Backbase (5-10 yrs)

Position : Angular Developer (Backbase)

Experience : 5+ yrs

Location : Hyderabad

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Primary Skills : Angular, Ngrx, Rxjs, Backbase or similar engagement banking platforms

Responsibilities & Tasks :

- To write high-quality code for Web banking apps on platforms such as Backbase and Avaloq, as well as for custom-developed platforms

- To provide input into the value proposition, solutioning, technical architecture and estimations for mobile banking projects and opportunities

- To adopt and evolve agile approaches, lightweight architectures and DevOps

- To use REST API integration into a modular backend and ensure re-usability of code for the SDKs and Web journeys

- Your team will work according to agile methodologies and has a mindset of putting the client first.

Specific Experience & Skills :

- Angular 8+, Typescript, JavaScript, RxJs, SCSS and HTML5

- Bootstrap, NPM & Node, Karma / Protractor

- NgRx state management, Nx, Monorepo, NGX-Translate, Module Federation

- Web accessibility standards and web performance measures

- Experience with Backbase or similar engagement banking platforms and financial services in general is a plus

- Experience in general development approaches, test-driven development, testing frameworks & project tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket, Artefactory, JIRA & Jenkins is a plus

- Experience with responsive Web development, AngularJS, and Angular CLI is a plus

- Experience in developing according to W3C or WCAG 2 guidelines

- Experience with Gulp, Grunt and/or Webpack in your projects is a plus

- Experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift is a plus

General Experience & Skills :

- Experience in agile methodologies is a plus, specifically scaled agile approaches like SAFe or LeSS Huge

- Experience in the banking industry is a plus

- Flexibility about work location and willingness to travel abroad occasionally

- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- People development and team building skills

- Goal oriented, takes ownership, easy to communicate and good presentation skills

- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Sciences or similar
