Growth Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles, with a strong focus on B2C products.
• Proven experience in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through product-led initiatives.
• Experience in managing A/B testing, user segmentation, and working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Familiarity with the latest growth tactics, including viral loops, referral programs, onboarding optimizations, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and growth metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, design) to optimize features and improve user experiences.
  Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product growth and drive actionable improvements.
  Lead end-to-end growth strategies to acquire new users, im prove retention, and boost user engagement across all platforms (mobile, web).
