Fullstack Lead

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead who is passionate about technology and possesses a strong background in full-stack development. In this role, you will be leading a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable solutions, and driving the technical vision of the projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in both front-end and back-end technologies, experienced with cloud services, and capable of leading teams to deliver quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities:
.Lead the development and design of end-to-end solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and drive projects to completion.
.Mentor and guide a team of developers in adopting best practices, including code quality, testing, and DevOps processes.
.Review code and provide feedback to improve overall code quality.
.Conduct technical feasibility assessments and help refine project requirements.
.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies into the tech stack as needed.
.Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:
.Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
.6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or tech lead role.
.Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
.Strong experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
.Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
.Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
.Experience in leading development teams through the full software development lifecycle.
.Familiarity with modern development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
.Exposure to big data technologies, machine learning, or data analytics.
.Understanding of security best practices in software development.
