Backend Developer Role Overview
Backend Developer responsible for system functionality, API development, and integration with enterprise systems. The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance applications with clean architecture and robust business logic.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop business logic and product backend systems
- Create and maintain functional, high-performance APIs in collaboration with frontend teams
- Integrate with existing enterprise software systems and data sources
- Implement comprehensive testing (unit, integration, performance)
- Develop automation tools and continuous integration pipelines
- Maintain high code quality standards with proper documentation
- Challenge and optimize solutions for efficiency
- 6+ years of experience as a backend developer
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong expertise in Java, Node.js, and API development
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles
- Experience with distributed systems (Kafka, ELK, Cassandra)
- Proficiency in database management and optimization
- Strong testing capabilities
