Dot Net Full Stack Developer

Job Role:

• Lead a technical team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of development, including deliverables, reporting to leadership, and managing team queries.
• Work closely with Technical Architects, Business Analyst, Product Owner, UX Designers, and other engineers to deliver the best software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in detailed software design specifications and review architecture documents.
• Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, stand-ups).
• Track project metrics (dashboards, status reports, burn down, velocity).
• Ensure project success within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Lead team self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design, implement, unit test, and build applications using React, C#, .Net Core, Node.js, Azure/AWS.
• Track software performance metrics and participate in design/planning meetings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in .NET Core/.Net 8, Node.js, React, Azure/AWS, SQL.
• BTech/MTech in Computer Science.
• Experience in Microsoft technologies, SOLID principles, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on with Microservices, RESTful APIs, React/Redux, and CI/CD (TFS, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Expertise in DevOps, and Azure platform (web app services, AKS, Docker, Redis, etc.).
• Familiarity with Supply Chain and multi-shore projects.
• Proficiency in SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication skills and ability to make tough decisions.

Position Complexities:

• Work collaboratively in an agile environment across legacy and modern codebases.
• Balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and solve problems independently.
• Design and maintain web apps, APIs, and microservices following best practices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and ensure system performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot customer support issues across various software and infrastructure components.

Administrative Duties:

• Engage in professional development and share knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and assist in streamlining business processes.
