Technician/Junior Engineer (ITI/Diploma Holder) - Fresher Welcome

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled ITI/Diploma holder to join our team. As a Technician/Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and machinery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup:

• Assist in the installation of machinery and equipment as per technical specifications.
• Ensure all installations are performed safely and efficiently.

Maintenance:

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace worn-out or damaged parts as needed.
• Perform calibration and diagnostics to maintain equipment accuracy.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Identify mechanical or electrical faults in systems or equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements promptly.
• Assist senior technicians/engineers in complex repairs.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed logs of all activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installation work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance tasks.

Support:

• Collaborate with the team to solve technical problems and improve existing systems.
• Provide technical assistance to other departments as needed.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards for the work site.

• Education:
  ITI (Industrial Training Institute) OR Diploma
