NSS ITC - Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (5-8 yrs)

Job Title : Full Stack Developer.

Location : Chennai.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in Node.js, React.js, and MySQL.

This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a 12-member development team and collaborate with the testing team.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, and be comfortable with flexible work hours and taking calls during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and interns.

- Architect and develop scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.

- Manage state with Redux and Context API.

- Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.

- Take client/team calls during US hours.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Skills :

- Strong expertise in React.js (JSX, ES6+, Redux).

- Proficient in Node.js (RESTful APIs, microservices, JWT, authentication).

- Extensive experience in MySQL (complex queries, performance optimization, indexing, stored procedures).

- Familiarity with ERP concepts and integration.

- Fluency in Tamil and English.
