The Mentoring Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the mentoring team in ensuring the smooth operation of the organizations mentorship program. The intern will work under the guidance of the Mentoring Operations Manager and will play an important role in contributing to the success of the program.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating mentor and mentee meetings by scheduling appointment, tracking attendance, and following up with participants.
Support the mentoring team in updating, tracking and analyzing program data, including mentor and mentee satisfaction surveys, program outcomes, and progress reports.
Attend team meetings, and contribute to discussions about program improvements and future directions.
Work on a new technology platform where mentoring will be mapped, scheduled, tracked and any other activities related to mentoring will be conducted. Recommend features and areas to improve efficiency.
Use primary research methodology to understand how mentoring operates in other incubation systems, its pros & cons and come up with actionable insights to be implemented at NSRCEL.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in business, education, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Inclination towards primary & secondary research
Excellent organizational and communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a team oriented environment, with an ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of mentoring programs and their operations is a plus
