React JS Developer

We are hiring for React JS developer with the below requirements.

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance UI components using React.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux, React Context, Zustand).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API.
• Strong understanding of React hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle.
• Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Enzyme).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Knowledge of UI libraries such as Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Ant Design.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Azure.
• Familiarity with micro-frontends architecture.
