Job Description

Managing of end to end performance cycle including normalization, budget preparation, increment calculation

Manage the incentive pay-out for all levels including leadership

Review and manage payroll, full and final, Offers

HR Analytics such as creating salary ranges, salary analysis, etc

Work on building KRA for leadership level and manage leadership incentive.

Work on management presentations.

Support HRBP for C&B related activities

Participate on surveys to get industry trend

Must have

Managed a headcount of 3-4k employees

Have run atleast 4-8 increment and incentive cycle.

Good working knowledge on HR Policies and Benefits

Experience in M&A will be added advantage
