Java Full Stack Developer - Spring/AngularJS (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

- Build RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Ensure security, scalability, and high performance of backend systems.

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.

Frontend Development :

- Design and implement dynamic user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and responsive user experience.

- Develop reusable, modular, and scalable front-end components.

Database Management :

- Work with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases to design efficient data models and queries.

- Ensure smooth integration of the backend with the database layer.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Implement and optimize Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure the reliability and availability of the application.

Agile Development :

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software features on time.

Code Review & Mentorship :

- Review code submitted by team members and provide constructive feedback.

- Mentor junior developers to help them grow in their technical skills.

Performance Optimization :

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and debug both front-end and back-end issues.

- Ensure applications are optimized for speed and scalability.
