Job Title: Inbound Patient Care Coordinator Executive

Opportunity : New Delhi,India (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

As an Patient Care Executive, you will serve as a vital link between patients, healthcare professionals, and our clients. Your role will be to provide outstanding customer service, clear English-speaking abilities, and proficiency in call center functions to ensure seamless communication and support for all callers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and other callers.
  • Address inquiries, provide information, and assist callers with their concerns.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinics to book appointments.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, insurance information, and medical history.
  • Update and maintain patient records accurately.
  • Offer information on healthcare services, medical procedures, and general inquiries.
  • Guide patients on pre-appointment instructions and any necessary preparations.
  • Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Verify insurance coverage and process insurance-related inquiries.
  • Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and coverage.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines when handling patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College diploma or equivalent. Advanced healthcare-related education or certifications is a great advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, electronic health records (EHR), and scheduling software.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Medical Terminology: Basic knowledge of medical terminology is often beneficial.
  • Empathy and Compassion: Ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate assistance.
  • Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Incentive Plan:

At NPB, we believe in recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance. In addition to a monthly base salary of 25,000 INR to 30,000INR for new trainees and 40,000 INR to -50,000 INR for those experienced with healthcare related call centers. Additionally, we offer the following incentive plan recommendations:

  • Performance Bonuses: Employees who consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service and meet or exceed performance metrics may be eligible for performance bonuses.
  • Attendance and Punctuality Rewards: We value your commitment and punctuality. Employees with excellent attendance and on-time performance may receive special incentives.
  • Training and Certification Bonuses: If additional healthcare-related certifications are required for the role, we provide support for obtaining them and offer bonuses upon successful completion.
  • Referral Program: Recommend qualified candidates to join our team, and if they are hired and complete a probationary period successfully, you may be eligible for referral bonuses.
