Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (3-5 yrs)

- Prepare and assists MIS preparation - for IT department including Financial MIS, and Internal MIS; Process review and documentation of the same

- Drive Automation of actual vs budgets in terms of overall opex, capex as well as headcount through business intelligence tool.

- Tracking Technology spends across various metrics, ROI and link it to business drivers and drive automation

- Ability to understand the problem statement and contribute to business process improvement and cost optimization initiatives

- Coordinate with different business functions including IT department, Fincon, APPC team and to ensure corrective measures on financial MIS

- Good working knowledge of BI tools and MS-Office (Power BI and Macros additional advantage)

- Building scenarios and testing the same in system

- Perform detailed variance anaylsis and provide insights to the stakeholders
