Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for the role of Vice

President : Infrastructure & Support_ Mumbai.

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our rapidly growing organization. The role requires exceptional IT Infrastructure, IT Networks skills Cloud Operations, Configuration and Administration skills, with a focus on Middleware, Infrastructure, Hardware, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and vendor management, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Ensure proper IT infrastructure is in place and maintained regularly for smooth operations and security. This includes Cloud (AWS, Google, Azure etc), Middleware - IBM WAS, Weblogic, Apache Tomcat etc and Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Open Source DB's etc)

2. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, including hardware and cloud technologies.

3. Establish, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

4. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability through maintenance.

5. Vendor management: oversee and manage relationships with all IT vendors to ensure contracts and service levels are being met.

6. Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, guiding team members and leading projects to successful completion.

7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols to ensure systems are secure.

8.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001),

Performance Monitoring and Optimization :

9. Skills on 'Root Cause Analysis (RCA)' on the incidents and issues and able to provide permanent solutions to that.

Qualifications :

1. 15-20 years of experience in a relevant field.

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

3. Proven experience in a senior IT infrastructure role, with a track record of managing complex IT environments.

4. Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, data centres, and cybersecurity.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills and Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Certifications :

1. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

2. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

3. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification

4. Project Management Professional (PMP)

5. Cloud related certifications on AWS, Google, MS Azure, Oracle etc
