Job Description
- As a System Manager, you will be working on Salesforce Service or Health cloud which will be anchoring below responsibilities.
- Understand the business requirements from the stakeholders and converting the real-world business problems into technical solutions and limitations.
- Perform as a functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders and coordinate tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements with sharing the incident/problem analysis to system manager and team where needed.
- Responsible for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring Compliance with user management with handling audits and inspections.
