HR Executive

Role Overview:

As an HR Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence across Corporate, Sales, and Factory ecosystems, ensuring seamless recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations on a Pan-India scale.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conducting interviews and coordinating with department heads for final selection.
• Managing onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
• Overseeing salary processing, benefits, and reimbursements.
• Managing employee attendance and leave records.
• Handling employee insurance and other statutory compliance requirements(PF/ESI/PT)
• Managing contract employees data and payroll cycle (Vendor Management)
• Handling employee resignations, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
• Ensuring smooth offboarding and proper settlement of dues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Requirement: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proficiency in Recruitment, HRMS platforms, payroll systems, and statutory compliance is preferred.
